Day 01 – Munnar

You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station by The Travel Planners representative and thereafter drive to Munnar hills (130 kms / 4 hrs). Enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. On arrival check in at Hotel and relax. Overnight in the Mountain Club – Cottage

Day 02 – Munnar

Today morning after breakfast you can go for sightseeing in Munnar which includes Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum, Pothamedu etc. You can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight in Mountain Club – Cottage

Day 03 – Thekkady (Periyar)

After breakfast continue to Thekkady, (04 hrs drive) South India’s most popular wild life sanctuary, its home to bison, wild elephant, boar, languor, the great Indian tiger and more. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Afternoon you can go for boat cruise in the Lake to watch wild animals. Overnight at Mountain Court – Tamarind

Day 04 – Houseboat (Backwater Place) – Cruise is IN AND AROUND ALLEPPEY

Today morning after breakfast 09.00 hrs drive to backwater place (04 hrs drive), you can see panoramic backwater stretches, lush paddy fields. On arrival check into a traditional Kerala style Houseboat. Cruise through the backwater, stay overnight in the Houseboat – Deluxe A/c Houseboat

Day 05 – Kovalam – Trivandrum

Today morning after breakfast drive to Kovalam. On arrival check in to the Resort. Evening free to relax at the Beach. Overnight stay at Poovar Island Resort – Land Cottage

Day 06 – Kovalam – Trivandrum

Today morning after breakfast you can go for the sightseeing of Trivandrum [The Capital of Kerala]. Here you can see the 260 year old Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, covers an area of 2400 sq m, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum [200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja’s], Napier Museum [Which has an electric display of bronzes, temple carts, Ivory carvings etc..] and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Evening relax at beach. Overnight at Poovar Island Resort – Land Cottage

Day 07 – Departure transfer to Trivandrum Airport
